Meal #1: Pre-Workout Breakfast
Cherry Smoothie
10 oz. coconut water
1 scoop Vega vanilla protein
~1 cup frozen cherries
*I have arthritis in my knees, so I try to get a good dose of cherries everyday.
Workout
(The rest of my muscles are super sore today, so that is all!)
Between meals: Green tea with lemon
Meal #2: Post-Workout Breakfast
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Muslie
1 cup cashew milk
Green Tea
Meal #3: Lunch
Berry & Beet Smoothie
10 oz. cococnut water
3 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs flaxseeds
1 large beet
1 cup frozen berries
Meal #4: Linner
Toast
1/2 Avocado smashed
Black beans (sprinkled over smashed avocado)
Sprouts
Kale salad w/ red cabbage
Hibiscus iced tea
Meal #5: Dinner
Refried Black Beans
Brown rice
Kale salad
Tea
