Berry & Beet Workout Smoothie

So I recently found out that beets are great for maximizing a cardio workout, so I've been trying to drink or eat beets every morning before I workout. This smoothie combo has become my go-to.

Ingredients
8 oz. cashew milk or coconut water
1 tbs flaxseeds
3 tbs hempseeds (or a scoop of protein powder)
1 pre-cooked beet (see my favorite here)
Handful frozen mango
Handful frozen berries
