Epic Taste of Summer Salad

I normally try to shop local, buy in season, and be somewhat economically responsible, but I have been dying for some summer flavor. So I splurged and bought some of those horribly expensive organic fresh bell peppers and tomatoes to make myself a little oasis of summer veggies.
Ingredients
Salad
Lettuce of any kind
1/4 each of a yellow, orange, and red bell pepper (or just one pepper)
Red cabbage
Tomatoes
Spaghetti Squash
Sprouts
Dressing
2 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
Juice of half a lemon (or whole if you like)
Juice of a tangerine or small orange
Grated fresh or powdered turmeric to taste
Grated fresh or powdered ginger to taste
Honey to taste
Tip: I think you know how to put together a salad, but for the spaghetti squash I highly recommend looking into an Instant Pot. You can just toss the entire squash into the pot, no holes or cutting necessary, with some water for 20 minutes and it's done! I used to struggle with cutting hard squash, but this way is so much easier and faster.
