Quick, healthy, simple. Made it in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Slice of Bread

1 packet of Wholly Guacamole

Big handful Arugula

1-2 beets (I use I Love Beets, they are pre-cooked and peeled in a little bag, available at Costco)

Honey Mustard Dressing

Hemp Seeds

Sriracha

Directions

Toast bread. Meanwhile, toss arugula in honey mustard dressing and chop up beets a bit. Spread guacamole on toast, squeeze on the Sriracha, sprinkel with hemp seeds. Eat.
