Breakfast

This morning's breakfast had a few leftover hints of fall. First thing, I downed a tall glass of water with the juice of one lime and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Then I cut up some mango and topped with some cranberry sauce (whole cranberry sauce, not that weird jelly kind...gross), had my usual handful of nuts, a banana, a slice of banana bread, and a couple little spinach cakes (I get frozen ones and heat them up in toaster).
