Breakfast Inspiration #1

I was walking through the grocery store yesterday and saw... fresh figs! We rarely have those here in Harrisonburg so I thought what the heck, I want fresh figs. The first two I had this morning were a bit over-ripe, but I picked the softest ones in the bunch so I'm hoping tomorrow they'll be better.

Ingredients

1 Mango

1 Avocado (small)

2 Fresh Figs

Handful of almonds and pecans

Handful of Arugula

Cucumber

Honey Mustard Dressing

Balsamic Syrup

Directions

Chop up fruits and veggies. Throw handful of arugula on plate, add some dressing and toss around iwth your hands to coat evenly. Throw cucumbers on top. Sprinkle a little salt and maybe some lime juiceon avocado for extra flavor, if that's your thing.
